Executive Team


Marc B. Manza
Marc B. Manza is a software industry veteran engaged in all phases of the
software development lifecycle. Mr. Manza has extensive software development,
design, and experience with multi-platform, multi-tiered solutions,
component-based architectures, API and protocol designs, networking, human
factors and authentication processes. He received his B.S. in Computer Sciences
from Polytechnic University.
Mr Manza has been has been named one of the top CTOs of 2010 in the annual
InfoWorld CTO 25 Awards from IDG’s InfoWorld magazine. ( See

has been awarded a slot on the 2009 Twenty Top Techies (T3) list sponsored by

Mr. Manza is one of
Passlogix's co-founders and serves as the Chief Technology Officer where he
is responsible for driving the software engineering, quality assurance, R&D,
release management and information technology groups. Mr. Manza is the chief
architect for the Passlogix products and services. Prior to joining Passlogix,
Mr. Manza was Director of Technology for the Advanced Software Kinetics Lab at
Polytechnic University,
where he was responsible for directing the contract commercial software
development initiatives as well as the R&D, training/seminars, and web design
and development efforts. Mr. Manza also architected Polytechnic's web
infrastructure which supports multi-departmental requirements and serves as a
dynamic hub for interaction and information. During his tenure as Director of
Technology, the Lab's revenue grew to over $3 million/year.
Mr. Manza was Division Manager for the Center for Applied Large-Scale Computing
at Polytechnic University, where he also held several senior programming, design
and development positions. He successfully lead commercial projects for
Citibank, NASA, NYNEX, as well as several Internet start-ups.
Mr. Manza also served as a member of the original WinSock 1.0/1.1 project and
successfully delivered a Pascal version of the Winsock libraries that were
included as part of the Winsock official package.
Mr. Manza's commitment to excellence and drive to deliver practical and
effective solutions pervades all aspects of MBM Software Solution's activities.
